Our People
Will Pinkham Will Pinkham
Juggling multiple priorities, Will manages the shop along with measuring sites, woodworking, and installation. Since joining Foster in 2005, he has been involved in two expansions. Will studied photography at the San Francisco Academy of Art, and he also developed skills in wood, metal, and neon. During seven years in the Navy, he ran a welding and sheet metal shop, where failure was never an option. Next, Will worked for an exceptional California cabinet maker, then went to Manhattan and installed custom kitchens. Finally, he found a Victorian house in Owego and soon after, Andy Foster. He shares Andy's vision for Foster Custom Woodworks and is gratified to work with a fine team. Outside of work, he is an avid sailor and a member of Soka Gakkai International, a Buddhist network actively promoting peace.
